Annulment of Marriage / Contested Divorce
01-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
It's been 5 years since I married this girl forcefully under coercion on gunpoint and with the threat of committing suicide. I don't love this girl. I always have loved someone else. We haven't even touched each other in these five years. Living under the same roof but not at all like husband and wife. The girl's parents threated to kill me if I didn't marry their girl. On gunpoint. I want to step out of this marriage. Also, the girl was not 18 when the marriage happened. Can I file for annulment? What are my chances of winning the case? Can I file for annulment even after 5 years of marriage?
