Annulment of marriage as bride is scizophenic patient

One Mumbai based Hindu person got married on 10/02/2020 at Varanasi. On 13/02/2020 it has been found that she is a schizophenic patient. Her father was ontacted over phone. He send a prescription dated 2018 and requested to administrate those medicine immediately.
On 14/02/2020 parents of the bride came to Mumbai and took her to Varanasi by train.
On 10/03/2020 she was admitted in a mental hospita at Varanasi. On 18/03/2020 she was discharged. in the dischsrge summary it is on record : SCHIZO AFFECTVE DISORDER [M].
MARRIGE TOOK PLACE AT VARANASI. AND SHE WAS IN MUMBAI METROMONIAL HOME FOR ONE DAY.
CAN WE FILE FOR ANNULMENT OF MARRIAGE IN MUMBAI FAMILY COURT?

it's quite unfortunate. but as per the description provided by u that person can file for nullity of marriage but he should have supporting evidence for the same. that person can also file for divorce under grounds of cruelty. in case if u have any further query call me for the same.

Yes you can file the said petition as it clearly shows that marriage is not consumed at all. You can also file case under section for fraud and misappropriation of trust as per penal code.. Also you can claim entire expenses that you caused for the said marriage.
