annulment of marriage,...........................

My wife have overy cyst and tumor in uterus and after 2 days of marraige due to pain she accepted that she and her family hide disease before marriage.. now as per Dr surgery is required. As i will not marry if i knew that fact before. Kindly guide me can my marriage can be annulment ? And how much time is required?

Yes on ground of fraud the marriage can be annulled, however in exceptional cases only. As the circumstances reveal that ur wife has tumor which she and her family members did not disclosed before the marriage and if u have the opinion and reports of the doctor then it is a fit case to proceed for an using the marriage . The doctors evidence will also be crucial, particulary the reports suggesting that the disease was prior to the marriage. .Contact ne for further help.

yes you can go for the annulment anytime and if you really have medical documents of her before marriage then we can directly move to the court for annulment and for the you have to file first your problem is genuine
