Am married for 8 years now; need File Divorce due to my Incompetency

Hi Sir,nnI am the only son of my parents. We belong to Hindu religion.nThroughout all years of arranged marriage, I could never engage sexually with my wife, due to my mental problems.nMy wife and my in-laws kept on pushing me to intimate with my wife. But I could not.nAfter waiting for 6 years, my wife became pregnant through IUI procedure. we have a girl who is 2+ yrs.nI NEED TO TAKE DIVORCE WITH MY WIFE, CITING MY SEXUAL INCOMPETENCY.nPlease provide the details of what needs to be done.

You can go for Mutual Divorce under Section 13b. Convince your wife for the same, if she does rather blaming ur incompetency can just be it on mutual dissolution, both ain't willing to take it further. Hence, Divorce.

hi you could file for divorce and if it is mutual one then it would be esay to get and if she is not to ready to give mutual divorce otherwise you could then you could file for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty
