Already have talaqnama need child custody papers

I hve been divorced for lady 2 years now and I have talaqnama issued by qazi in which it is mentioned my daughter will be in my custody. How I can get a custody paper in this case from court so I wont face any issue

kazi dwara jari Kiya Gaya talaqnama Kanoon nahin manta hai iske liye aapko family court mein talaq ki ki ghoshna ka case lagana padega AVN bacche ki ki kashti ke liye ye alag se a guardians and wards fact ke antargat family court mein main case lagana padega court aapko custody ka order jari karegi

sar you can file case under guardianship and wards act for custody of of your child under guardianship and wards act you can avail the remedy of custody for your child.. you should meet the advocate for further proceedings and paper preparation
