If the first signature has been done(before 2 months 15 days), then does any one person Asks for money or leaves the case in the middle from the case in any way, then what are the provisions in the court?

I assume you are talking about divorce by mutual consent. The parties can change their mind at any time before signing the final document in front of the judge for any reason. if the parties cannot agree on something, then the case fails and the court will dismiss the case at the hearing once the parties inform the court about the dispute.

Actually advocates are trying to settle the issues, but you have not mentioned what type of cases about your family issues. lf they filed maintainable case then they ask money for permanent alimony. You have not explained properly about your case. So please write your issues properly then I can say the proper legal opinion.

Dear Sir, It means it is first motion and some amount might have been given as first installment of agreed alimony. You need not give any amount to anybody. Some Advocates may ask you to share some percentage of amount from such alimony amount if you have agreed for it in lieu of his fees.
