Alimony by husband after 2 months of marraige

Hi. I want to know on what basis and in how many years of marriage. Can a husband claim for alimony? And, what areas does alimony includes. Does it involves land property or only financial support?

Mam after one year of marriage if you are doing job and you are independent your husband can file maintainance from you but he cant claim your property which is own by your own income but if he is working and you have a child you can claim maintainance from your husband u/s 24 of maintainence act

Years of marriage are irrelevant. Husband can also ask for maintenance under S.24 of Hindu marriage act, 1955. Alimony includes financial support. so for the property u can offer alternative accommodation and the court will consider that.
