Alimony ask when already maintenace is given

My father left home with kids post 2000 and filed case of divorce against his wife for her brutal behaviour. In 2018, maintenance was decided dad started paying and post that 2025 against she filed case to increase maintenace and dad started paying maintenace decided by court. OWING TO age factor court dismissed divorce case and now it is pending in high court to review. my mom is filing domestic violence case and alimony and share in dad self owned property. Since she is getting montlhy MAINTEA
