Alimony and maintenance if after physical fight not living together

My salary is 1 lakh gross net is around 65000, wife salary in 25 thousand . we have one son which is living with me. how much alimony should be given to wife . wife is only child and her father owns a house . is she eligible of alimony

she might be eligible from your side. there is no role of her father as much. straight away this point that you are asking could not be completely answered unless and until you tell a brief background about it and if there is any case going on in present or before

If she's also drawing a salary which is sufficient to take care of her needs then she will not be eligible for maintenance. There is a proper income affidavit which needs to be submitted before finalizing the maintenance that is to be given to parties. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Around 10k to 15 k may be permanent alimony in your case , if any change in circumstances may cause change in the alimony, the amounts may less if the income of wife increases from any other sources,you can file an application to concern court ,

No, Because you have one son and the custody of the son is with you and your wife is earning around 25,000 , This is the reason you don't have to maintain your wife. . . . Hope this Helped you Dear.
