Alimony and Maintenance after Divorce

Divorce granted on merit basis under 13A, after decree what is the max time limit allowed to file Alimony? . Also if wife is working then can she claim maintenance.

if you have filed a divorce suit under section 13a H m act and if the wife has note demanded permanent alimony in own divorce suit so she can not take permanent alimony after divorce suit but after divorce you can take maintenance for living
