Alimony

If a wife asks for more alimony than husband income... Then in that case, what court decides?? And also if wife purposely tries to delay a divorce then in maximum how much time husband can get divorce orders from court??

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that if the wife demands more alimony then the husband's income, then in that case it is just her demand but the Honorable court will decide how much to grant by seeing the circumstances, secondly if it is purposely delayed then it make take time accordingly.

Hello, Noways the wife can ask more alimony than husbands income. The alimony demanded by the wife needs to be reasonable. If the alimony is more than the income of the husband, husband can make a submission before the court about the malicious intent of the wife. Feel free to contact me for further info.
