Alienation Of Affection notice to a person who destroyed my family.

One intruder came between my family life and destroyed it. He used his high paying job at JP morgan chase & Co to attract my wife by sending her costly gifts and money in her account. There is no criminal law against such men in India but one of the lawyer suggested me to send him, his parents and his company JP morgan a legal notice of Alienation of affection notice or Damages to relations notice. Can I serve any such notice to such intruder and what are the consequences of this.
In english law - tort could do it, but in Indian present law ,there is no facility as it. if your wife is not living with you, you can file section 9 hindu marriage act. if she lives in adultery you can file for divorce.
But as far my knowledge exists, there is no provision to send legal notice on this issue.

yes definitely some notice has to be given if he is enticing your wife with gifts you can file a petition for theft ya damage to relations notice that can be given how long have you been married if some one is intruding the case should be filed in the district t court

you can file your case under 498 IPC which means enticing someone's wife for the sake of sexualgratification, this is the right which has been given to the husband to safeguard his marriage altho it is an NCR but you can go at in the police station and file case against this man to safeguard your family but still if your wife is cheating on you with this man the only right that'sdivorce
