agreed for mutual divorce by both the sides . please advice on this pl

Previously applied in court to reconcile but later decided this will not work out now need to apply for mutual divorce. both the sides agreed. Leaving seperately for seven years of marriage. personally nothing happend between us. he was in love with other girl. asap i need this divorce. suffering from depression from past 4 years. and both are christian. marriage happend as per christian act.

if both parties agreed mutually divorce then we can file petition in family court within the time frame you get the mutually divorce if both agreed means for that all document's required like local I d prof and wedding cards joint photos required

You can apply for divorce by mutual consent under Christian act in court within 8 months divorce will be granted. Feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard and for Petition drafting

Yes madam/ Sir, You both of you need to file joint petition before the family court. you better to engage an advocate so that he can advice, draft the petition with carefully and represent on behalf of you before the Court. You have to apply divorce petition under the spl. marriage act. kindly contact further details and information.
