After marriage , misbehave by wife

Hello, sir I was getting married around 4 months ago, after marriage my wife not allowed me for any physical relationship. She blocked me from all social media, even not answering my message and call. After marriage 80% time she spent at her parents house , from last 50 days she is not with me. I found 30 days ago she is having affair with someone, I read her messages, she is maintaining pvt. Number for him, when I checked she deleted all messages/social plateform from her mobile, but I have audio recording of confirmation. Her parents is saying this is normal. She is not responding me and I felt humiliating everyday. What can I do, any legal help I can get. I have spent lacs of money on her, i did not taken dowery. She is chetting to me/humiliating me/a single day she did not spent time with me like a wife. In such a case can I demand for divorced , w/o any financial impact.
