Hi.
You can remarriage after 90 days from decree of divorce I.e after the expiry of period of limitation for filing appeal by the opposite party, however if you got divorce by mutual divorce, then you can remarry at any time.

There is two options for taking divorce from your spouse. First if you want divorce by way of mutual consent, then after marriage one year separation is must. Second if you want divorce but your spouse is not ready, then there is no limitation. For detail advise you can call me.

It depends some circumstances its could be within 15 days and in other its more than 365 days atleast and in other cases with special cases one can say even within 1 year but that may not be granted by higher courts
