After ex-parte divorce be pleaded and again defended

I cudnt attend in a court as my wife sent me a divorce notice. I cudnt prove my points from point that her stated points are false. Now she got ex-parte divorce. She has now put a domestic violence case for a relief. Can I plead for a ex-parte case ,prove my points and fight against the domestic violence?is it possible to hear this case from first...

o you should file set aside before the divorce court and want to cancel the expert adverse degree interest in that case Sikh violence also you must make an 8 year and you should contest the case in your wife share it is your letter g activity not appeared before the court and not engage an advocate first appointed at affair cases

Yes, you need to set the exparte decree aside by filing an application stating reasons for non-appearance. The case will be restored and then you can contest the divorce case. Simultaneously, you can also defend the domestic violence case

In this case, yes you can reopen the case and further you need to file a petition for set aside if above 30days along you need file a condone delay petition then you can file a counter for her allegation. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
