After enquiry status in ecourt apps upto now I didn't get any update status upto now , even after I paid 8lkhs of amount for 14lakhs she demanding more , and sent a filed a fake mc case on me, but I didn't know about that mc case , my advocate miss guided

It is advised to immediately verify the exact Case details on the e-courts website using your case number and filing details . If your advocate misguided you, you may file a complaint with the Bar Council . Regarding the alleged fake MC case , apply for a certified copy of the petition and contest it legally by filing objections or quashing petitions if necessary . Also reserve proof of payments made and raise the issue before Court to protect your rights .

hi first need to see about the status of the case filed by him and the case proceedings and if your advocate had not informed about the case then you could obtain no objection certficate from him and engage another advocate
