After 6 months conciliation Judge is saying that the case is immature

31-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Our mutual divorce case number is 353/2021 of Jalpaiguri District Court. We filed petition on 14/08/2021. Then Hon'ble judge gave us 6 months reconciliation period. After that our hearing date was on 14/02/2022. Unfortunately Judge was not available at that time. Our hearing was done in 09/03/2022. After that we have come to know that The Hon'ble Judge is saying that at the time of filing the first motion our 1 year separation was not done. Our lawyer is saying that he has put date of separation from October 2020. Now the lawyer is saying that we have to file the first motion again. We are separated now for more that 18 months and we have already gone through 6 months reconciliation period. We have moved on in our lives. Now is there any way we can solve the case ASAP? Please help me. My lawyer has taken his fees and not responding to my call.

there is a way out to pull this out but it totally depends whether you want to initiate such proceedings so that the lawyer comes to you and repairs the damages done and you get your reliefs at the earliest

you can certainly approach the high court and get the procedural irregularities sorted out if there is any. this would be in your interest. for that you should collect the certified copy of the petition as well as all the orders passed till date. this would expedite the matter.
