Affair with married man and have a baby with him

Im unmarried and had an affair with a married man and got a baby out of that relationship. Now there is a problem between me and his family. Do I or my child have any right to claim anything from him or can i name him as my husband? Can I give his name as my child’s father name everywhere ? Can his family raise complaint against me?

உங்களுடைய திருமணம் சட்டப்படி செல்லத்தக்க திருமணம் இல்லை என்றாலும் கூட குழந்தை அதன் மூலம் பிறந்திருக்கின்றது ஆகவே குழந்தைக்கு முழு கஸ்டடி வந்து தாயாருக்கு சட்டரீதியாக உண்டு முறைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட திருமணத்தில் தான் ஐந்து வயது வரை தாயாருக்கும் பின்பு தாயாருக்கு அந்த குழந்தையை பராமரிக்க முடியவில்லை என்றால் தகப்பனாருக்கு விளங்கலாம் என்று சில சூழ்நிலைகளில் சட்டம் இருக்கின்றது ஆனால் திருமண பந்தம் இல்லாமல் பிறக்கின்ற குழந்தைகளுக்கு முழுமையாக தாயாருக்கு அந்த கஸ்டடியை சாரும்

Your child begotten with the married man is a legitimate child and the child can claim maintenance and share in self acquired properties. You cannot indicate the married person as your husband and if you do it will be an offence. The married man's family may file a complaint against you.
