Advise regarding abuse by Wife to husband

Hi, Please advise me..I am facing abuse,mental torture,threatens by wife and in laws regularly .she always threatened me of police.I want to file complaint for this before divorce.Is there way husband can file complaint against women?

Hello you can file a police complaint against your wife or in-laws for assault if they have physically assaulted you or tortured you or abused you, if they are unnecessary demanding money you can also file police complaint for extortion

han aap apni Patni par complaint file kar sakte hain per uske liye aapke pass proof Hona jaruri hai complaint bhi aapko Soch samajhkar karni padegi Kahin vah per Wapas Na Ho Jaaye aur yadi aap Talak chahte hain aur aap ki patni Talak Nahin de rahi hai to uske liye aap mujhse Sampark kar sakte hain aapka Talaq Jarur Karva kar denge
