Advice to tackle false DVC by wife

Wife hid her physical and mental issues, left marital home with cash, child after a year. First child died, aborted second child without discussion. Wife filed false DVC case and asking interim amt. Under what section and grounds to quash DVC through high court?
you can crash the case in High court with giving all the testimonials what you have along with you and also insisting them to give proper medical treatment. section is not mandate for you I think it is the duty of the advocate to take necessary actions against her since you are telling she is an unsound person you have to prove all the charges what is being kept by you

Under Section 528 of BNSS proceedings can be quashed. If proof and evidence are adduced to show that the complaint is completely fake and malafide one definetly it can be quashed before the High Court.
