Advice on divorce procedure from her first husband living separate li

A girl was living separately from her husband, and her father was in final stage of cancer. seeing the situation her father requested me to marry her daughter and after 2 months of our marriage my father in law expired. Now my wife did not take divorce from her first husband. So how can she take divorce. Her first husband know everything about me and her but he didn't put any case on her and on me and it has been 5 years. So I need suggestion how to proceed.
your wife can file a case fir Divorce by section 13A or 13B in family court
you wife can file a case of domestic violence against his husband and his family your wife can file so many complain case to get relief

Your marriage is not valid according to hindu law (if applicable) and it is a criminal offence against your wife.
kindly suggest your wife to convince her actual husband to take mutual divorce. and then you can marry officially
