My friend is in relationship with another woman but due to family pressure married a woman. Now his wife came to know about his relationship. She is filing divorce. My friend always considered his wife as a responsibility and took good care of her. Fulfilled all her needs but never maintained any relationship with her. I want to know what can be helpful points to save him from cheating and huge penalty while seeking divorce.

Well, Your friend's Wife can seek Divorce from him on the basis of Adultery committed by him, despite your friend agrees to Divorce her or not! Hence, She can seek a Unilateral Divorce, but, it does not mean, She cannot ask for Alimony.
