if u want to live with her u can file a petition under section 9 of the Hindu marriage act,1955 i.e. Restitution of conjugal rights.
Conjugal rights originally mean the right to stay together. Restitution means restoring the situation after something has been taken from a person in an unlawful manner. Restitution of Conjugal rights thus means the restoration of cohabitation and conjugal relations between both the spouses i.e. the husband and wife by way of legal interference.
