Advice against husband who dezserted for going abroad

My husband desserted me in 2017 along with 7 yr old daughtr.he left for canada with many visits inbetween.now he says he got his pr and has written legally separated there so he cannot sponsor me but can slonsor the daughter .so now he wants to take 14 yr old daughtr but not me .he had also filed a divorce case which he took back this year.what to do.i had hip fractire and got hip implant and walk with a limp now .im unable to earn now though im a dentist

you got the right to seek maintenance from him. you have the right to maintenance till you got married again. you can seek maintenance in behalf of your daughter as well. she is entitled till the time she got married. it would be tough for him to take divorce from you till you agree on the same. any divorce by him out of India, if the marriage took place as per religious rites in India, will have no value in India. there are other options which can guided on detailed discussion..

hello mam husband has left you for Canada we just need the address of the husband and the matter can be proceeding In NRI police station and even if the husband is not available we have other ways by which you can file divorce and you can also take maintenance from your husband and his family members
