Adutery with widow what will happen in legal

Hindu religion. My sister's husband having affair with a widow. My friends suggested that proving adultery is not possible or difficult one. What she can take next course of legal remedies.

having extra Martial relationship out of the marriage is amount to cruelty done to the wife everyone one can expect a healthy and failed life and if a person is out of the marriage b****** have a sexual relationship then the wife can avoid the person on the basis relationship out of the extra Martial relationship it belongs to cruelty

Why it is impossible to prove the adultery. You can bring photos, whatsapp conversations, call history or recordings as evidences to prove it. It is your duty to collect evidences against your adverse party.
