Hello,
Can we write a letter to the Addl Family Court Hyderabad as Iam unable to attend on the said date and can I request for online counselling on my divorce case, Can i request more time as I have a project running abroad. Please advise...

courts will not take cognizance of letters written by parties to suit.
any representations should be made in open court either by parties in person or their lawyer.
also after supreme court judgement, video conferencing (more so in family matters) are permitted only if court and opposite party agree.
