Additional Documents in Crpc125

I have filed Crpc125 and wanted to submit additional Documents which are important for the case. I could not file them initially, and the trial is yet to start. Can you please guide on if Order 7 and Rule 14, I need to mention in application for submitting the additional Documents. But Order 7 Rule 14 is CPC. So in Crpc 125 can I mention as Order 7 Rule 14 or Do I need to mention only Crpc section, if so can you suggest the appropriate section please. Thanks in advance to the experts

Dear Madam, There is no specific provision to produce additional documents. You may immediately file additional list of documents by providing a copy of the same to the other side. Since it is any initial stage as such your documents will be received by the court even without objection from the other side.

CrPC 125 does not need documents to support your claim of a higher amount of maintenance becauseVishva provision is for immediate relief. even after filing this you can file for maintenance under other provisions where you can give those additional documents.
