Adding wifes name in house papers it is her condition for compromise.

My wife and i are going through a divorce procedure but we are now willing to compromise but my wife wants her name on house which is in name of my mother and myself and the home loan is also there. My wife is asking for gift deed. Is it possible i m a buddidst by realigon
yes it is possible if you want to gift it you can religion is not an obstacle and there wont be any problem to execute a gift deed in the name of your wife you can do it qnd then het settle you matter

Tell your Wife to purchase this Home from you and your Mother on Discount. Tell her to pay you all the EMIs which you have paid till now to the Bank. After getting payment from her, transfer the Property to her but also put the liability on her to pay all the future EMIs to the Bank in order to get the ownership of your Property. Do not compromise with her, as she wants, she wants to remain owner and want you to pay EMIS'
