yes you can file a case against the husband and the other women for mental harassment, bigamy, adultery and claim compensation, damages in city civil court along with maintenance, alimony, in Family Court

Well, you can merely seek a Divorce at the maximum. You cannot file any Criminal Case on your Husband and his Girlfriend. Adultery has become legal in India after the pronouncement of a Supreme Court Judgement
