Actually I got married by registry on 23 Rd of jan 2017, and held social marriage on 22 nd of may 2017. It was arranged marriage, before marriage I told my past affairs nd all to my husband. We started our journey, after 2 yrs 2019 Feb my father in law and mother in law came with us to stay and problem was create. They turn into my personal problem, my husband father touch my personal diary nd read my personal writing and create problems. My husband support them, he denying totally whatever I said before marriage. They stop talking with me. 19 th nov 2019 i leave that house till we are separated, now he filing case against me in court. I got pettition for divorce under cruelty. He charged wrong alligTion. I connected with a lawyer and she discussed with my husband for mutual divorce and withdraw the case . They was agreed. Now when the draft is ready they are not responding, specially his lawyer . And 7 th of June 2022 is my 1st hiring day.
since he has filed case against uou then you can also file DV act against hime if he does'nt agree for mutual divorce then file contested divorce against him no need to contact his lawyer what is your jurisdiction..

contest the case. if both of you do not agree on the terms of the mutual divorce then mutual divorce is not possible. I see a good case for you to succeed. its advisable that instruct your advocate accordingly and contest the divorce and also claim maintenance if you so want meanwhile.

your present lawyer must be in terms with your otherside and both of them are harassing you and it is very easy to counter the case your husband with a petition and your inlaws in trouble and teach all of them a lesson
