Action against second marriage

My husband is married to another women and she is 7months pregnant now. And now he do not want to continue relationship with her. So what can we do.i have already filed a matrimonial case in court to null their marraige

Dear Madam, You may lodge complaint under Section 494 of IPC as follows Section 494 in The Indian Penal Code 494. Marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife.—Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

1. she can file criminal case against your husband. 2. she can file bigamy case against your husband. 3 she can file void marriage in the court. 4. she has the right to file a criminal case and matrimonial case against her husband and even she can claim for compensation.
