Abuse and not provide any financial support

What if husband do not give money for some basic requirement in spite earning a handsome salary. Also don't want to take responsibility of wife and always abuse to his wife and her family.

Hello, Talk to husband and his family members regarding the issue that why is he behaving like this. If not provide you reasonable reason, then, involve your family. Sit with them and discuss it. You can file a maintanance case for yourself and your child in the court. If harassment than than you can also file a dv case or complain in caw cell, where in the court your husband will have to provide maintenance for both you and your child.
