Absconding husband conspiring to vacate the rented marital home
17-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I live in Ghaziabad with 2 kids for 10yrs in a society flat leased on my Husbands name who was a NRI ,renewd every 11months. Not declared a rented property.He returned on 7 January 2012 to live with us.
In 2016 I had filed a DV n dowry Case against , after being living an isolated n abused life for 34 yrs. After which he was not allowed to be anywhere around any of us & was asked give household expenses n rent in the name of maintanence.
He did that for one year paying rent & minimum Ration n electricity. Stoped paying for electricity in October '17 & May '18 stopped paying for the Ration. We are being forced to live on minimum , thinking atleast the rent is being paid of our matrimonial home.
Meanwhile He was living a absconding life.
I some how survived managed by selling house items n asking money from friends.
But got to know today that h hasnt been paying sine Oct 2017.
Higly shocking for a 60 yrs
N Landlord asking to vacate the matrimonial rented home within a months time.
