About what should I do my in-laws not giving me belongings

I want to ask that I file a case 498 n my in-laws not returning my jwellery clothes documents etc..wht should I do?

You can file an FIR for brach of criminal trust under 406 IPC as he has kept ur belongings including jewellery . You can also file a domestic violence case against him as every cruelty committed by him is covered under the act itself including not giving ur jewellery,documents ,clothes etc. Contact me for any help.

All things that you had given in marriage would be returned But according to procedure you have to present documents and receipts of this. and Documents is to be returned by the direction of the court you can message us for detail knowledge and Information regarding your case. .
