About refusing to take responsibility after getting pregnancy

Dear Sir, I am not Indian citizen and he is Indian citizen. We already in 3 years relationship. Last year Aug 2021, I visited to Delhi to meet with his family and I stayed at his home under his family and his responsibility. They agreed to marry upcoming wedding season. After that, I came to my country when my visa end. After that they refused for marriage. I visited Delhi again to fix our relationship in Jan 2022. And I stayed at his home only and we got pregnant. Now already 6-7 weeks. Now he is saying as he cannot take any responsibility and refused to help me. And he said I cannot make any legal action this case under India Law. Is it correct ? I want to know about case sub to take legal action. I have recorded his inviting letter to get India Entry visa as his fiancee. Kindly please review on my case.

hello mam as i can see your issee is really very serious . as you have been informed tht you xan not take any legal action tht is wrong . you are totally capable of taking legal cation against the concernes peraon as well as his family also . in other words while family can be behind the bars for the crime they have done you pls let us know when you wish to take action.

Obviously you can take legal action against him. But first of all you have to make up your mind regarding what do you want to do next. Legal proceedings can be under 376 IPC which can send him to jail OR you want to live with him. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

We have carefully perused your issue at hand and it seems to be a case of cheating and deception and further tantamount to rape as per section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
