Dear Madam, It is for you to decide whether to join your husband or not. If he is suffering from any disease you may submit the same before the Court. If impotency is established you will get divorce with huge alimony. You may file an application under Section 151 read with Order 26 Rule 10A of CPC for medical examination to find out the potency of your husband.

The court notice suggests legal proceedings, likely related to your husband’s medical evaluation. Given his reluctance and the video evidence of his father’s statement about a doctor’s visit and medication, the court may order a medical examination to verify his condition. Your next step is to consult a family law attorney immediately. Present the video as evidence and seek to compel his cooperation through court intervention. Ensure compliance with the notice by responding formally, and request a court-appointed medical evaluation if needed.

You should fight the case. Hire a lawyer to represent you and the matter should be fought in court. Dont do the mistake of not attending the court l. Then the court will order for whatever your husband has asked for. And you can file a case for divorce also.

from your posi it appears that your husband has filed a case asking the court to order you to rejoin him to continue living with him and court notice has come to you to contest the ease. First thing is you appoint an advocate to represent you and file a reply stating that you left him as he is impotent. Your advocate has to file the rest at subsequent stage.
