About maintanance and child custody on Divorce if wife in adultery

Hi, nI have applied divorce to my wife bcz she had an sexual affair with someone. I have an evidence like whatsapp messages, photos and audio records.I have a 5years old doughter. Presently child is in mother custody. They are refusing me to meet my doughterMy question is n1) can I get the child custody? n2) can she get the maintanance from me? If I prove she had an sexual affair.3)is the evidence enough to court ? Which I have whatsapp messages, photos and audio

sri we will recommend you to go for permanent child custody case and the shwe is harassing you just for maintenance then you have a option to go for DV where you can the wife extra marital partner as partner and file a case. For further details feel free to contact

Dear Sir, You have a strong case to avoid payment of maintenance to your wife. Further, you can get custody of the child if you establish adultery of your wife. The evidence available with you is only 50% and you have to collect more and more evidences and also address of that guy. Lodge a complaint under Section 498A of IPC against such guy for enticing your wife who is a married women.

if the evidence you are having in audio recordings and WhatsApp messages are relevant then you can refuse to payment tenants and also get custody of child by filing suitable cases in court. you can take an appointment and show the records to get a more positive reply
