Sir mere husband ka extra marital affair hai or may be unhone usi ladki se shadi bhi kar li hai nd unki meri ek beti hai 1 year ki or Sir jis ghr Mai sasural Mai Mai rehti thi wo ghr mere husband ke naam hai ab wo use sell out krna chahte hai kiya Mai is property par apne husband ke against stay order le skti hu or or mjhe apne against kya Case dalne chaiye

hello mam as i can see your issue is serious yes you can get stay on this property to not get sold out without your consent and without your knowledge. as well as you xan also send your husband to jail as well to get your self protected from the losses wgich your husband had given you already. on the name if emotional, mental , fianancial fraud. and get your self protected.

It’s a case of Domestic Violence. You can always file for Domestic Violation and demand separate residence for you and for your daughter and plus alimony and the compensation also. He can also be tried separately for bigamy also as he can’t marry two people at the same time.

Agar apke husband ka affair hai and apko lagta hai ki unhone kisi or se shadi kar li hai to ap unke against bigamy ka case kr sakti hai. Also ap divorce file kr sakti and apne and apni beti k lie maintenance bhi le sakti hai. Property me bhi apka right hai to ap uspe stay bhi le sakti hai. Please feel free to contact Thanks
