About child custody of son..in 2 years separation, separation

sir, we have a 2 years son...since my wifes delivery she is staying with her parents, now she dont want to come my house , she wants 3 yeas time for sons grow up. i always go to meet my son as well as outing with wife and son.but in future what will she do , i dont know, we have mutual divorce case in 2013, and she filed a case in 2016..after withdraw this case she was stay with me up to 2019..after sons birth she dont want to come with me. she dont want to give pernission for bring our son to my house, only outside i can take my son, what shall i do..without divorce in separation how i can get physical or legal custody..thnks

Dear Questioner As per your averment we bring to inform you that as per the law you have right to meet with your son. As per law you can also file one petition before court and make pressure on his wife to come back to your house. Apart from this need more legal information then free to call.
