There is certain provision of law that you must follow regarding custody of your child which your advocate will guide you. Regarding the domestic violence, you can file a criminal case against your husband under the domestic violence act. You will also get maintenance according to the provisions of the said act if you decide to part away from your husband.

File FIR in the local police station, they will refer the same to the Women and Child Protection Board, and file a domestic violence case there. As your child is 2 years old in that case you don't file a guardianship case as you are the natural guardian for your minor child and unborn child...if your husband is forcefully taking away your child then file a guardianship case in the district judge court
