Since it is mentioned in the divorce order that the custody of your child will remain with you then you will need only that order to show that child custody will remain with you. And also if the child is below 5 years then according to law it will remain with you. Just take out the certified copy of the said order. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear Client Divorce petition is a part of pleading which has no legal binding nature, unless and until the court rules wrt custody in your favour, the same will remain pending before the court. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards.

The application or the petition is the complain or grievance of one party against the other. The reply to such application is called reply or written statement. These things are allegation and reply of allegations. Ther order sheet wherein the judge has given you the custody of the child is necessary.

if your matter is settle through the mutual consent divorce and a where it is written completely that the child custody will be with you then there is no separate document is required for the custard child custody paper because it is a settle between you and your husband that the custody of the child is with you then that is the enough document

you can file a petition for custody of the child in the family court where the divorce case is being heard. the petition will outline your reasons for seeking custody and provide details about your relationship with the child, your ability to provide for their welfare and why you believe custody should be granted to you.
