About Abusing my parents and mental torture with pointing my character

I want know about the law which can help and protect the woman with a child from continues mental torture , abusing her parents, problem with skin colour, In laws are always spreading hate and bad things about daughter in laws, also started pointing her character and fake blame that she drink, which is totally fake. Husband showed no affection at all, not even physical active with wife from one year, and if wife want to go outside just to travel then blaming her that she is characterless.plz

In this scenario you can file a criminal complaint against your husband and other family members and also file a DV case against your husband and family members. Make a video if possible of the incidents or abusing you by your husband or any other family members.

The abuse can physical as well as mental. The new criminal law ie. BNS, covers cruelty as an offence under Section 85 which says that Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine. You can give a hand written complaint to Commissioner of Police. The FIR will be registered based on the complaint.
