Trial is comennesed but very slow how to make it fast through judicial system Case is hapend in 2017 still now not going fast only pp is loweing thewitness for time every time

1. you can engage your own advocate as assistant public prosecutor if you are from the complainant side. 2. if you are for the accused, your advocate must request the court for fast trial because the case is happened in 2017.

Dear Sir, You have to file Writ Petition before the High Court to give directions to the concerned Court to dispose of your case as early as possible. The High Court may fix some time limit as it is too old. You may engage any Senior Advocate.
