Abortion in the fake promise of marriage

I was in a relationship by the promise of marriage,undergone abortion as he promised marriage, post that after few months he broke up with me and his marriage is fixed now with some other woman,will i get legal support here

Yes definitely, if he had promised you, that, he would marry and based on such promise, you had gone on to sexually indulge with him, then, you can file a Rape Case against him. However, you need to prove that such promise of marriage was given, relying upon which, you permitted him to penetrate his private organ inside your private organ, to make this case, eligible under Sec 376 of IPC.

you may file a criminal complaint against him before the nearest police station detailing all the major events that have taken place between your relationship. Better for you to draft a complaint under the supervision of an advocate and then you may get FIR filed against him

Yes sure. you may file rape case u/s 376 of IPC with proper evidence before local police . this is matter of breach of trust and put the person behind bars. Making false promise of marriage is a crime and over above physical intimacy. think properly and understand pros n cons of your case . if confident then only go ahead. pls consult me for further advice on call
