Hi! First of all let us know, whether you want divorce or want to be with your husband. Next step will be based on your answer. If your husband and in laws are torturing you, then you may take an action against them under DV act and Ipc provisions. If you don't want to go to your Matrimonial house. Then we need to file an FIR against your husband and in laws, alleging that they are not letting you meet your kids and abuse you. Further, it all depends upon all important facts and current situation and what relief you exactly want. Pls let us know how can we help you?
