Abandonment by husband, he filed case against me

28-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Married for 14yrs now, We are staying separate on and off for 2 years, but its not by choice. He is passive aggressive, and he used to provoke me by making subtle comments or acting against my self respect I was feeling bad and went into depression, his family also said and behaved meanly with me. He has hit me 2 yrs after our marriage but later I couldnt take his behaviour and even I got involved in the hitting him. He continuously threatened me for divorce which I didnt wanted. One day during such fights I got imbalanced and tried to take my own life but soon realised and got back senses. He complained to police in 2017 later we got united again in Aug 2019 he left me I got job so I left the city. Now his parents have filed sr. Citizen harasment complaint against me and he has sent summons. What are my chances of winning/ avoiding divorce

I don't know why in spite of such harassment you still don't want divorce. have you visited or stayed with them during this two years of your relocation due to job? when was the complaint of Sr citizen harassment filed? when you are not even staying with them I don't think it would hold against you. Since you don't want divorce from your husband you can file a counter against parents for dowry harassment and instigating your husband against you since your marriage
