A Wife ran with boyfriend, came back and now wants to stay with him

Wife of Hindu friend left home and left her 4 yr old girl once few yrs back and then came back after few days. She said it wont happen again.
She left again with jewellery and money and when asked and forced to come back on phone with help of police she came back to her maternal house and left items with boyfriend's family after spending money.
Now she wants to stay back with the husband and the child without any questions and forcing him to take her back else she would create drama at his house and his father would commit suicide and such harassment.
She said she will never give divorce when asked for it.
If she is not willing to give divorce then also one party can file for the same on the ground of cheating and cruelty. Also she has almost ruined the reputation of the husband and family by doing all these misconduct, thus there is strong ground for divorce also for not giving the custody of the child and no alimony. You can apply for divorce if she is not going for a mutual divorce. She can easily be booked under cruelty mentioned in the Hindu marriage act. And committing suicides are just fake calls. You should intimidate the police officials regarding your issues and a written legal complaint should be filed.
