A Married women became pergant and wants to marry another man.

I met a women in matrimony website, she told me that she is divorced as per shariyath and order is pending in family court as divorce is finalized. She evetually met my parents and we started to be in live in relationship, she became pregnant and is threathing me to marry her, she is not divorced and has trapped me. I could know her intentions only after she asking me for compensation, what will be the consequences? Can she file a case against me?

Hello sir you applied for matrimonial websit that copy is available or not under shariyath as per divorce what is proof which one is Court is pending case what is the stage for case you marry interest or not what is basis that person demand the compensation?

as per the Muslim law women can get divorce only from the family court or other codes in India other than that they cannot get divorce even now Talaq is abolished in India and even Muslim men's should get divorce from the court if without a valid divorce you cannot marry any Muslim women in India
