hi first need to see the copy of the divorce proceedings and the order passed by the court anf based on that you could proceed and if she is filing any cases then you could defend yourselves based on the material

What kind of rights is that lady demanding. How is that an offence ? and Why are you worried about her. Men and women conceal many facts in the public that doesn't mean that it is an offence. Every other candidate lies in their resume that they know the skills and cracks the interview by learning just FAQ questions of that Skill.
